Description
Our grappa is monovarietal, obtained from pure Biancame grapes, cultivated in our vineyards.
The marc is obtained by gentle crushing of the best bunches and is distilled immediately with discontinuous vapour system which allows to capture softness and the best scents.
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
