The production of this wine is the result of our will to connect tradition and modernity, and represents a perfect bridge between the two: in this new bottle our traditional passion for winemaking matches our desire to experiment international grapevines.
From the vines of the new vineyard, planted on the hills of Carignano at approximately 200 metres above sea level, in an area called “La Gazza”, we make “Gemma”, Marche Bianco IGT obtained with a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes. Only the best bunches are selected, and the free-run must is stored in steel barrels for cool fermentation at controlled temperature. The entire vinification process is completed in steel barrels.
This wine has a golden yellow colour, brilliant and deep, fine and intense to the nose. Savoury and fresh in the mouth, it remains balanced thanks to its important alcohol content and to its softness. Very pleasant for its fruity persistence.
